Right of withdrawal form

Cancellation form for the purchase of goods and services that are not financial services.

Complete and submit this form if you wish to withdraw from the agreement.

 

If the keycard and or service is used, you will be invoiced for use according to the current price list.

 

We also refer to our current rules on the right of withdrawal under our general terms and conditions chapter 10:

10. Right of withdrawal:

10.1When buying outside a store/remote sale [e.g. via the Internet or telephone), consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the Membership Agreement within 14 days after Skimore has fulfilled its obligation to provide information under the Right of Withdrawal Act, cf. the Right of Withdrawal Act § 20.

 

10.2 If the Member uses the right of withdrawal after requesting the start of the service, he shall be responsible for the reasonable costs arising in connection with the use of the service, cf. Right of Cancellation Act § 26. This means that if the Member wishes to be sent and use the lift pass before the end of the cancellation period, he will have to pay for use according to the current price list.

 

10.3 When buying a lift pass and other goods in a physical store, the Member does not have any right of withdrawal, cf. the Right of Cancellation Act

§1. This also applies where the Membership Agreement has been entered into in a physical store at one of Skimore's facilities.
