It is an advantage that you have walked a bit in the forest before. Wear good shoes and bring clothes according to the weather forecast. We keep a pace that everyone can manage and make assessments along the way on what kind of sights we can manage in the time we have at our disposal. On the trip with a packed lunch, let us know if there are any allergens we need to take into account. We set up the route so that the lunch break is at Sølvstua, where you can have the opportunity to top up at your own discretion.
